There is no custom-fit no-drill under-bed 5th wheel frame bracket kit offered for your 1992 F-250. So you will need to use the universal kit # RP30035 which does require drilling.

Yes, we have a couple different solutions that could solve your problem. Since you have a fifth wheel with rails already in your bed, I would suggest using a Gooseneck plate built for fifth wheel rails like Curt part # 16055.
